Hey guys, I just wanted to hear your thoughts on this study.https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/11293471This study found less actinic skin damage in those eating a diet rich in vegetables, olive oil, legumes and lower intakes of butter, margarine, milk products and sugar products. Fish may have also been a positive factor, yet it was supposedly not significant after further analysis. Vegetables, legumes and olive oil appeared to explain 20% of the variance in skin damage, whereas a high inake of meat, dairy and butter appeared to be adverse (explaining <5% of the variance).Important note here: Prunes, apples and tea explained 34% of the variance amongst ACA. I just thought that was pretty incredible, and its partially why Im having a cuppa as I type this! What are your guy's thoughts on this study?
