[Sun Care] Is there a sunscreen that doesn't burn or run into your eyes as much when you sweat?

My boyfriend is a welder who spends all day outside in the sun. I'm gradually trying to convince him to wear sunscreen and take better care of his skin, but he still refuses to put sunscreen on his face. His main complaint is that when he sweats, it will get in his eyes and burn if he puts on sunscreen. Does anyone know a brand or a tyep he could try that may not burn as much?
