[Acne] Hydrafacial experience? It "vacuums" your pores, is there a risk of permanent enlargement of pores?

I already have gigantic pores but my derm noticed a lot of blackheads and clogged pores when I asked her to take a look at my closed comedones on my forehead. Won't a vacuum-like procedure risk enlarging pores?
