[Acne] Paula's Choice 2% BHA vs The Ordinary Salicylic Acid

Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hey people,I long struggled with acne and extremely sensitive skin (that is allergic to BP), until I discovered a little gel in Brazil That, if applied everyday, cured my acne. The active ingredient was 2% Salicylic acid. With it my skin becomes movie-like, soft, clear and beautiful.Since moving to the Netherlands, I struggled to find a substitute, until I was recommended PC's 2% BHA gel. It worked, not as well, but it did. What didn't work was the price tag (I payed 8 reais - 2 euros - for 30 grams in Brazil vs 33 euros + Shipping for PC's).I've been looking for a substitute since it's too expensive to keep buying every month, and stumbled upon The Ordinary's 2% Salicylic Acid. It's 5,30 euros for 30 ml of products (roughly half the price of PC's). Would you say it works just as well? I've only used their foundation that broke me out tremendously because of the coconut oil in it. I ran the ingredient list against PC's and they are not at all similar.I am also looking for a micellar water and physical sunscreen (that won't leave a white cast)! If there are any recommendations lmkThank you very much in advance! My skincare:PM A Brazilian micellar water to remove make up Pure aloe gel (leave it for 20 min and rinse it) PC's 2% BHA Carmex lipbalmAM Aloe Vera gel (20 min) Physical Sunscreen 30SPF PA+++ (Brazilian Brand) Carmex lipbalm
