Beauty Tips For Body Care
So I'm generally a fan of The Ordinary (as you can see in the 2nd pic) and have tried a lot of their products. The Resveratrol 3% + Ferulic Acid 3% serum looked interesting so I ordered it right away. I stupidly put it all over my face without testing and holy shit was that a mistake! About 15 minutes later my face was super hot with red blotches all over that were painful and sore with a burning sensation. I washed it off but my skin was still in pain and messed up for at least an hour after.I have no idea why my skin reacted this way since I don't have sensitive skin, currently use acids, and have used Ferulic acid before with no issues. Perhaps the Resveratrol is too much? These are pretty high concentrations...Just wanted to give you guys a heads up for anyone else planning to try it. I would definitely recommend testing it first on a small patch and waiting 20 minutes or so before slathering it all over your face like I did.https://imgur.com/a/bSji2
