[Routine Help] Anyone have a recommendation for a moisturizer stronger than CeraVe but with less comedogenic ingredients?

Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hello! So I've been using CeraVe moisturizing lotion in the pump for probably 5 years and I'm trying to find something better suited for my skin. I've always had oily/acne prone skin but I moved to a very dry, humidity-free climate (Colorado) which has made my skin very dry even after piling on CeraVe moisturizer. I've also begun to suspect the fatty alcohols/clogging ingredients in the CeraVe have been contributing to some minor acne. Does anyone have a recommendation for a moisturizer much stronger but without the acne irritating ingredients? I looked into the Paula's Choice invisible finish moisturizer, but it's a bit expensive and I'm mostly worried that it won't hydrate my skin enough (I keep waking up with dry, flaky skin after moisturizing heavily and drinking plenty of water throughout the day) and will end up a waste of money. Thanks for taking the time to read my post and hopefully someone knows of such a miracle moisturizer out there lolEDIT: I should add that I have very sensitive skin and am currently taking spironolactone for hormonal acne and use a 7% benzoyl peroxide facewash once a day (at most) and the Yes To Tomatoes charcoal acne cleanser with salicylic acid once a day (at most). The BP facewash in combination with the spironolactone has cleared my skin entirely of cystic acne and pretty much everything except closed comedones and smaller clogged pores/whiteheads every once in a while.
