I'm a longtime lurker and this thread has helped my take care of my skin and I'm very grateful ❤️ but this post isn't about me.I've been stuck at a crossroads regarding my boyfriend and his problems with his skin. He's on lithium and one of the common side effects is Acne. It's not the worst Acne but it's enough that I know he's self conscious about it. It seems to be light cystic Acne, whiteheads and blackheads.I've been trying to find skincare products that can help subsidize the effects and I haven't found anything to help prevent lithium Acne other than taking a lower dose of lithium, which isn't possible.So I decided to come to the true professionals of the internet, this wonderful subreddit. Does anyone have experience with Lithium Acne and does Anyone have any tips for how to deal with it?
