One or two can appear on either of my arms a couple times a week or more, no matter the circumstances I am in. They can appear when I'm on a vacation, at home, sleeping in a different bed, or I'll even discover them randomly throughout the day when I'm out and about in places where I didn't find any in the morning. I don't live in an area where mosquitos are prevalent, and the itchyness is not as extreme as most bug bites ive gotten in my life, nor is the bump as big or red as a normal bug bite. For me this has ruled out any common bug bite symptoms.I don't have any diagnosed allergies to anything, at least for now. I'm wondering if I should go to the doctor, but it's difficult to time the appearance of these itchy small bumps, because in the time frame of scheduling the appointment to arriving, the bump could have disappeared. They come and go as they please, lasting from a dozen hours to days.What could cause this? I'm concerned about them only now because I've been paying more attention to my appearance recently, and have noticed the extreme scale of the scars my scratching has left behind ,both of my arms from wrist to elbow are spotted in small dark circular scars. The itchy annoying bumps keep appearing, and I'd like to understand why to prevent them.
