[Skin Concerns] Pink scars from picking scabs too early, how do I fade them?

I always pick scabs too early cause of anxiety, which left pink scars. I did this till now really. But, a week ago or so, I decided I wanted better healthy skin. I feel self conscious about them. I got a variety of products to help with the scars. It's from Holland and Barrett. It's called "Dr Organic Vitamin E Scar & Stretch Mark Serum 50ml" and "Dr Organic Vitamin E Pure Oil Complex 50ml". I also got "Nivea Sun Protect And Moisture Sun Lotion SPF30 High 200ml" to protect the scars for when I go out. I just got them today so I can't really review it. But, I really hope it works. Is there anything else I can do to heal these pink scars to restore my normal skin back? Thank you!
