[acne] Help with keloids from acne scarring?

I have very bad acne scarring. Diagnosed as keloids by my doctor and derm. They are very unsightly and I am extremely self conscious about them. I’ve had them for roughly 2-3 years and I’m slowly getting more and more. Over the time that I’ve had them, they haven’t faded at all. My main concern is that they’ll grow bigger, as that’s what I’ve heard keloids do. I have roughly 20 keloids on my chest (ew, I know) and about 10 on each shoulder.I have been using Apple Cider Vinegar after doing some research on it, and I’m not so sure it’s working. It has caused some of my keloids to open up and bleed/scab. I looked this up as well and kind of hit a wall. There have been reports of people experiencing the same thing as me, yet there is no clarification on whether I should continue applying the ACV. I’m currently applying it twice a day, once in the morning and once at night, and letting it dry on my skin. I started this roughly a week ago, and again, I’m not quite sure if there’s been any benefit to it.I understand that some may open this post and not say anything at all, but I’m really hoping that someone who has had similar experiences will open up and talk to me about this. As I’ve said before, it is extremely unsightly and it makes me inexplicably insecure :(
