[Acne] I have strange clogged pores/bumps with blackheads on my cheeks near my nose and mouth and they wont leave unless I extract them. Please help me choose a face cleanser to help prevent more from showing up!

I've had bumps on my face for more than a year and just decided yesterday that I'd extract them. It was super gross and most of what I extracted was extremely hard and one went very deep in my skin. I've been using Cerave hydrating facial cleanser and as of now my skin is always extremely oily and shiny, and I have a feeling it's definitely not helping the situation as it feels heavy on my skin. I'm a teenager, other than the weird clogged pores(or blackheads? A combination of both?) I get a few pimples and blackheads on my forehead but I don't worry about those as much.
