Beauty Tips For Body Care
For me...training myself to sleep on my back. I used to be a diehard stomach sleeper but started breaking out on the left side of my face, which is the one I always have on the pillow (tried changing pillow case daily, didn't help). I feel so exposed sleeping on my back! I have to have a mountain of blankets on top of me to feel secure...lol.
