[Skin Concern] Small tearing/holes are appearing on my face. What can be the cause?

Sorry for the photo is not the best. First I noticed one, then other. Now I have 4. Please help! look at my skinBackground: 32. Combo skin type (oily T zone, mostly during the summer in humid Florida). Never had skin issues or acne, just the occasionally pimple.
