Beauty Tips For Body Care
Im not really crazy for peptides in general because it seems like one of those things that have a lot of hype and suggestive evidence and not proof evidence like retinoids, aha, antioxidants and sunblock- which I use for prevenative aging. But I now have a serum with matrixyl3000 in it that I got for like 1penny with a coupon code when I was buying my vitamin c serum from timeless. Matrixyl3000 which apparently helps firm by stimulating collagen and elastin but I cant find a study explaining how it does this.I think the only peptide I've seen decent enough of info on is copper peptides - which apparently work buy stimulating collagen and elastin production and remove damaged collagen & elastin. It still seems a little useless for me though because from what I find it seems like it would only have real antiaging benefit if you have lines, damage or something that needs fixing; and is not really a preventative ager at all. Which is why in my prevenative aging routine I've been sticking to LAscorbic+ATocopherol+Ferulic as my antioxidant, tretinoin as my collagen stimulator/dermis thickener, aha as my exfoliant, and zinc as my sunblock. Also I cant use copper peptides with vitamin c and im definitely not giving that upSo hopefully this matrixyl3000 will do something for prevnative aging? I dont have a grasp on how it works though beyond what companies trying to sell me things claim.Ncbi doesnt have much on it. anyone have any info to offer?
