Beauty Tips For Body Care
I have super dry skin on my face that gets flaky and gross and blech... I think my biggest problem is just that my skin is so dry, especially since I'm on spironolactone (a diuretic).I don't do anything for exfoliating yet but am open to anything, just wanted input before I dove into anything as scary sounding as "chemical exfoliants," especially considering how sensitive my face is.The skin on my face always feels tight after washing, heck, even last night i washed my makeup off with water and my face felt tight in that way that is supposed to be an indicative of using the wrong facial cleanser.I have blotchy red spots on my face, but I wouldn't say I have "acne?"For moisturizing I've tried Cereve and this peach emulsion I bought online. Both make my face really red after applying. The peach emulsion feels better tho, like the Cereve feels nasty and bad on my face. My face seems to gobble up the emulsion whereas the cereve never feels like it really gets absorbed...My biggest problem spots for dead skin are around my nose and my nose it seems in general (most noticeable when I apply even a little bb cream).I just wanna clean and moisturize my face without it being angry at me. I didn't moisturize today or wash my face today because my friend told me they noticed how red my face was after cleaning it and moisturizing it (I was gentle).Please help! I can give more info, anything you need to know, pics, etc.GOALS: clear, hydrated skin on my face, preserve how cute i am too XD anti-aging advice, considering the sensitivity of my face, would be really appreciated i have NO idea what to do there (but I'll also search the anti-aging tag).
