[product question] Those who suffer from stubborn or genetic dark circles – have you found ANY products to help?

I have really bad dark circles around my eyes. I am quite pale, and my skin is really clear – the only reason I wear makeup is to cover up those damn circles. I've been asked TWICE before "how did you get black eyes??" It's not a nice feeling to know that my eyes look naturally bruised all the time. Somebody PLEASE recommend a product (preferably not too pricey), I am going crazy !!
