[miscellaneous] I made myself a skincare tracking sheet!

Hello lovely people! Ever since my skin decided to randomly erupt in the beginning of November (and is still going strong), I've been working hard trying to clear it up. Since I'm still not sure what's breaking me out, I decided to create a Skincare Tracking Sheet to see if I can pinpoint any patterns. I decided to share in case this kind of idea may help any of you, as well as to see if any of ya'll had any suggestions as to what else I could put on it :) Under the topicals section, I put all my skincare stuff, and just check off what I use in the AM/PM. I also included a section for supplements and medication. Under Miscellaneous I added random stuff that may or may not contribute to my acne, then I have another section dedicated to stuff like air quality, water hardness, etc.. Since I'm on the pill, I put a little image of what my pills look like, and circle the one I'm taking that day so I know where in my cycle I am. I also fit in a stress scale, to help judge my daily anxiety. On the face image I draw in all of my active acne, as well as the date they began to show. I also included an area for me to log what I ate for the day. Obsessive? Probably. But hey, if it helps me figure out what's going on then it's worth it! If anyone has any suggestions I'd love to hear them!
