[skin concerns] Can overmoisturising lead to a lack of elasticity?

Beauty Tips For Body Care
A quiet reader here. I have a routine my skin was happy with for a while, but now it has started to look dull and greyish. Def more oily, but no clogged pores or bad breakouts, just an occasional tiny whitehead every now and then. What bothers me the most is that my skin looks pretty lifeless and wrinkly after washing, especially AM, and then slowly bounces back until evening. I googled overmoisturizing symptoms and sure enough they look similar to dehydration... so I'm at loss here. What should I try?Routine:AM *Sukin cream cleanser *Immortelle hydrolate *Logona pomegranate q10 serum *Madara SOS moisturizing creamPM Same as AM + TO Retinol 0.2% in squalane. I also use TO C23% and mandelic acid once a week each (not on the same evening). C23 seems to help a bit, though it stings like it didn't before. Thanks!
