Dropping everything [personal] [acne]

My skin has gotten better over time. When i look back to pictures from last year i see a HUGE change. My cheeks and forehead/temples used to be filled with pimples and scars. Now it's almost all gone. But my jawline has started breaking out. It has been doing it for a couple of weeks now and i can't find a reason for that. It's driving me mad.Is it dirty sheets? Do i touch my face too much? Have i eaten something wrong? Dairy? Sugar? Alcohol? Is it due stress? Hormones? Did my periods do this? Is it because i've kept my hair down more? Do i just purge from a product? New cleanser? Retinoid? Or am i allergic to some? Or is it just a purge? Is it because i've used makeup more than usual? Have i been at home too much?I really can't tell at this point. So i decided to literally drop everything. I cut my routine to the minium. Wash, moisturize, spf. I use the gentlest products i have. (SebaMed face wash and gel moisturizer, Nivea cream, TBS skin defence spf50)No more sugar for me. No alcohol. No dairy. No greasy foods. No other drinks but tea and water (and coffee, i drink it maybe 2-3 cups a week). No active ingredients. No makeup. No face masks. No exfoliating. Clean towels. Clean sheets. Always spf. Hair up. More sleep. More vegetables. More fresh air. More living in the moment...
