Beauty Tips For Body Care
https://imgur.com/a/G0fePo4Hey folx, so 2 weeks ago I posted my under eye filler results (see history) and holy crap! I was not prepared for the overwhelming response and feedback. It was nice to see I wasn’t the only one suffering from this.Tons of you requested a 2-week update post as some critics said my results were all due to “swelling”. I was reluctant to repost as to not bombard the sub, but it seems enough of you wanted it. (Apologies for the somewhat ‘double post’)SO - THE RESULTS:Confidence: This was the biggest self-esteem booster I think I’ve ever had, and I truly wasn’t expecting it. I always knew that I didn’t look 100 per cent how I felt, but I didn’t know what that 100 per cent “looked” like, now I do. As someone who truly loves myself, and my facial features, this was not something I had done in vain, but rather to feel more like ‘me’ and boy, oh boy, did that ever happen. Looking in a mirror and seeing a face w/o dark under circles is such a relief. This aspect alone, makes me willing to do it again in a heartbeat. I finally LOOK how I FEEL – young, happy, rested, relaxed.-Purple/Blue Discoloration: I wasn’t expecting this to change. In fact, the doctor told me it wouldn’t change. But it did. Since I was a child, I’ve always had pronounced dark blue and purple under eye circles on TOP of my overall hallowness. What I realized after the procedure is that the HA goes into the thin skin and thickens it, so the blood vessels don’t show through as much. I can ditch my under eye concealer, completely.Pores: I’ve always had considerably large pores – oily skin, pores, and under eyes are all hereditary for me. A couple days after having this done, I went to put on a full face of makeup, and my cheek/nose pores had shrunk significantly and it was evident as to how smoothly my foundation had applied. I didn’t really understand at first because I’ve always been told that there’s nothing you can do for large pores, they’re never ‘shrink’. I honestly thought I was imagining things, so I did some research and found a study here that proves fillers do help with pore size. This was honestly like a cherry on top of a great big delicious (albeit semi-pricey) cake.-Hallowness: So, to all you critics – yes, the photo I had taken 2 weeks ago was an hour after the injections and there was a good amount of swelling. So yes, the swelling has gone down and my under eye filler has now settled. My hallowness has decreased extensively, overhead lighting is no longer my enemy! And while it has not completely disappeared, I would say it has diminished by at least 70 per cent, and with that, I am more than pleased. Fillers layer over one another, so with time, and over the next few years, I think there is great potential for them to completely disappear. I went into this not even knowing if it would work, or do anything at all really, but I wanted to take the risk and I am really glad I did.Q & A:What type of filler? I had Redensity II under my eyes. It’s supposed to be the ‘smoothest’ undereye filler and doesn’t leave lumps or clumps. I honestly can’t even feel it.-How many cc’s? I had 1 syringe used, 0.5 under each eye injected near my cheeks.-How many $$? It was around $800, with 15 per cent off on Wednesday.-Where did you go? Toronto, ON peeps, shoot me a message.-Would you do it again? 100 per cent yes. I really can’t recommend it enough. Before After Pics
