I’ve been struggling with adult acne for a couple years after living a life with clear skin, even as a teen. I’ve been wearing sunscreen every day since a teen, and still do. I’ve always loved the outdoors and the sun, but a new job a few years ago now keeps my indoors all day.Since fighting acne for the past 2 years (and lurking this sub), I’ve got it to clear twice. Both times was after intentionally spending at least 15m with sun in my face, with sunscreen on, every day.Again, I wear sunscreen and I do not get sunburns.Responsible sun exposure is the best thing for my face...and my confidence.
