[Selfie][Progress] I think I may have finally found the problem - and it’s fungal!

Beauty Tips For Body Care
Pics because I know that’s what everyone wants to see!I was struggling with what I thought were stubborn CC’s for the last 1-2 years. I tried everything, glycolic & salicylic acid, hyaluronic acid, moisturizing more, moisturizing less, bare bones routine, just... everything. Nothing worked. Then I stumble on a few posts here about fungal acne, and I’m very dismissive because stubborn. “Nahhh couldn’t be! Even though I’ve been on 2 courses of antibiotics in the past year AND I have a gastroenterological disease. Nope.” Finally, a few days ago, looked into it, read some stuff and things, bought Nizoral last night. LAST NIGHT Y’ALL AND THIS IS MY FACE (link at beginning of post). I put Mizon Snail Recovery Gel on after it, went to bed, and bam. Skin is already looking better than it has in a year. Gonna keep it simple like that for a while until I feel comfortable that this is properly clearing up. Depending on my skin concerns then, I’d like to phase in niacinimide, zinc, and squalane.FWIW, Nizoral has not dried me out, but I already have somewhat oily - combo skin and a good moisture barrier; plus, it’s hot/humid where I live right now. So, as usual, YMMV!AM: - Nizoral as cleanser (maybe... we’ll see how my skin reacts to washing twice. Still tweaking) - Mizon Snail Recovery Gel - La Roche-Posay Anthelios Clear Skin Sunscreen or Biore Aqua Rich Watery Gel SunscreenPM - Nizoral as cleanser - Mizon Snail Recovery Gel - I’ll add a heavier moisturizer if the Nizoral dries me out in the futureAny suggestions on next steps to add into the routine would be great!!
