[DIY] can you combine rose hip and tea tree oil y/n?

I started using TTO as an acne treatment lately and it's been ridiculously effective. I've been diluting it by mixing a drop or two with a dab of Cetaphil moisturizer that I usually use on my face but found that concentration is way too strong for continued use from the strong minty feeling on my face. I've usually just washed it off after about a minute or two like a mask and it's worked super well for the breakout I've been having, but I want to find an easier way to use it as a spot treatment or as an every day face serum.I have about half a bottle of Rosehip oil and I was wondering if I can just dump a few drops of TTO into that bottle to use as my carrier oil. Will it affect the shelf life of the rose hip oil? Generally speaking are the effects of those two oils compatible? Will making this mixture give me the best of both of them or make an irritating waste of the rosehip oil?
