Beauty Tips For Body Care
https://imgur.com/a/J2KKXroI wish I never let it get this bad because it really affects my self esteem. I talked to my doctor and he prescribed me Biacna Topical Gel, and referred me to a dermatologist. The dermatologist recommended I get microdermabrasion to even out the skin a bit, but the cost was prohibitive (3-4k CAD in Toronto), and this would only help with the old scars, not with the new outbreaks which are still sometimes happening.I figured there must be some kind of middle ground between paying thousands of dollars for fixing acne scarring and doing nothing at all, so I went to a shoppers and picked up the following:Neutrogena oil free acne washSt. Ives Apricot scrubJamiesons Retinol Renewal night cream. The only one I've been using with any regularity is the retinol night cream, but reading the wiki it looks like there is debate about how effective it is. Basically I have no idea what I'm doing and I'm doing stuff at random to see what sticks.I went a couple of months without eating cheese because I heard it's a major contributor to acne, and I've completely cut out junk food like chips and coke (been more than a year). Infuriatingly, despite taking such extreme measures it seems like my skin just wants to keep producing more and more acne.I'd really appreciate it if someone could recommend a product that can help with the old scarring, as well as prevention of new ones. Any ratings on the current products and their usefulness would also be appreciated. Lastly, if anybody has any other diet suggestions I'm keen to hear it. Thanks in advance.
