Beauty Tips For Body Care
https://imgur.com/a/SPppUtKMy Skin has gotten so much better in a matter of a year. I had severe insecurity problems and clearing my skin has helped. There has also been a noticeable difference as I have gotten several compliments from friends and strangers! My Skincare routine is quite simple:I use Sulfacleanse (dermatologist provided face wash) in the morning and at night and I wash for about two minutes using a mia clarisonic brush. I had very dry skin so finding a cleanser that worked was very difficult for me. Ever since I started using sulfacleanse, my skin has gotten less dry and I can use other types of cleansers without my skin drying out throughout the day. Though I do stick with the sulfacleanse.I don't have like a steady moisturizer. I usually just pick the cheapest fragrance free moisturizer I can find at Walmart. Right now I am using the Equate Beauty Dual Power Moisturizer, which I don't really like because it's kind of drying.I don't think I really changed up my diet. I do drink a lot of water, but I drank a lot of water while my skin was bad as well and it didn't really change anything but in some aspects I'm sure it could help.I do occasionally break out, like when I'm close to my period. When that happens, I dab the Fabior foam cream (Also dermatologist provided) onto where my acne is and the pimple is usually gone within a day.Overview: I use a lot of dermatologist provided items that can't be found in stores so my main tips would be.- Go to a dermatologist- Invest in a Mia Clarisonic Brush- Drink Water-Wash your face after taking off makeup.-Be patient!-Realize what other people may use might not work for you. That's why going to a dermatologist really helped me. My dermatologist set me up with things that worked for my skin and I haven't had a serious breakout in a long time because of it.Good luck! :)
