[Skin Concern] Can anyone tell me what happened to my nose and how I can fix it?

I've been to a few dermatologists before with my nose problem, the thing that they tell me would be most beneficial is to get a squeezing session with one of their workers, in which I am laid down and have my nose squeezed for 40 minutes, it is VERY painful for me as my nose is extremely sensitive. The thing is that I've been on and off from those sessions and there's still no improvement. I have had an EXTREMELY oily nose all my life and used to get zits and pimples all over it, I don't get them at all anymore but now I have these disgusting bumps that won't go away and don't even hurt, it's as if my nose has morphed into this ugliness...
