[Skin Concern] The ocean always seems to do miracles for my skin, how do I simulate those conditions when I'm away from the ocean?

Beauty Tips For Body Care
Every once in awhile I manage to get enough time away from my job to take a three hour drive and go surfing. I have combination skin that's very sensitive and always breaks out in the same places with cystic acne, although its not extremely severe. At least I think it's combination skin.Me and my dermatologist have yet to find anything that "cures" it. However, when I spend a couple hours surfing my skin gets so much better. My skin heals, pimples go away and any redness subsides. When I spend a couple days surfing it's like my skin is "cured" except for my closed comedones. And, now that I've been more careful about what sunblock I use those closed comedones have been dissapearing too after surfing! I know it has something to do with the ocean, possibly to do with what salt does to my skin.Of course the dream is to live by the beach, surf everyday and have perfect skin but unfortunately that's not an option at the moment. So what can the oceans "magical" healing powers tell me about my skin and how can I do what the ocean does to my skin, at home?Current routine:Morning:Wash my face with a clean wash clothStridex BHA red padsDerma e vitamin c with HACerave ultra light moisturizing lotion (30 spf)Night:Dermatologist prescribed sulphur washCerave cleanser for dry skinStridex bha red padsDerma e vitamin c with HAPrescription Aczone mixed withLa roche double repair face moisturizer (leave that and the aczone on overnight)Edit: I use Neutrogena clear face 30spf sunscreen while surfing which is chemical based, not zinc I believe
