[Skin Concerns] My forehead texture has been the worst for the longest of time. It looks worst when light shines on it; the bumps look more visible. Somehow it looks kind of scaley & there’s a combination of small red bumps (doesn’t hurt or itch). Can anyone give me advice on how to treat this?
