[Skin Concern] Major ingrown hair on back of head after shaving bald. Any idea what to do?

[M] So I shaved my head bald due to giving myself a bad haircut attempt. I shaved off of one youtube video, which I regret now.I have these bumps on the back of my head and, even though most of my hair on the rest of my scalp is coming out fine, I have practically no hair on the back of my head and, instead, I have these bumps:(Slight NSFW; at least for me) https://imgur.com/a/4dJUMUjI can't even tilt my head back as much and it hurts when pressure is applied. I am doing the aspirin in water and I have hydrocortisone cream, but I feel like it makes it worse.I'm never doing this again so I don't need advice on a next time, just what can I do about it now? Thank you
