[Skin Concerns] Tiny little bumps/texture on my forehead? How can I get rid of them? (Not CC's)

So i've had these bumps for two years now specifially on my forehead/t-zone and they have yet to leave despite exfoliation (BHA/AHA).I'm pretty sure they aren't CC's, but they do blend in awfully well together. What are they and how can I get rid of them?
