Beauty Tips For Body Care
my skin has NEVER been this bad. I’ve never had perfect or even near-perfect skin in my life but THIS is just awful. I recently moved to Europe (3months ago) and when I got here my skin totally changed. I had been using CeraVe products for about a year and they didn’t make my skin totally perfect but it was manageable. When I got here I kept using it but my skin freaked out. I stoped using anything all together (just bar soap) about 3 weeks ago and my skin is going absolutely nuts. It’s been like this for the last 3 months with no changes despite trying different products and no products at all. I don’t even know what kind of acne this is. They appear to be under the skin and oddly enough they are VERY itchy. My basics: I’m on birth control (started two weeks ago to see if it might help clear things up). I wash daily-AM&PM. I have celiacs disease so my diet hasn’t changed much. I drink around 2L of water a day (sometimes less but never less than 1L). I work out (bare faced) and use the sauna at least 3 times a week.
