[Skin Concerns] Why am I still getting hyperpigmentation????

I’m beyond frustrated -- I wear spf 50 ppd 50 sunscreen, use vitamin c, wear a hat for crying out loud, and I still am getting worsening hyperpigmentation. Is there any hope? What am I doing wrong? ; -;
