Beauty Tips For Body Care
This September I noticed a breakout on my forehead it was like 4/5 pimples. I kept on doing my normal routine anyway and nothing improved, everytime a spot disappeared another one appeared. (My Routine is trash, i'll mention it below.) Anyway, I do everything to avoid spots and I know I have combination skin and that my forehead is acne prone, I do everything advised to avoid spots such as change pillow cases, drink alot of water all but avoid bangs except I tie it up at home. Since the spots didn't improve at all, a close family member of mine told me to use a 'Clearasil Multi-Action exfoliating scrub' and I did, started using it around late October. What I noticed when using it was that my skin did improve everywhere but my forehead, skin was much clearer on my cheeks, chin and cleared the blackheads off my nose. After a week of using it, suddenly my forehead acne doubles out of nowhere. I don't know whether to stop using this product (and yes, I have been using it with my simple routine.) or to keep using it just because of how clear it keeps my skin except my forehead. My routine right now is:AM: Clearasil Multi-Action Exfoliant Scrub and maybe Cetaphil Moisturiser on the odd day.PM: Clearasil Multi-Action Exfoliant Scrub and Cetaphil Moisturiser. (before the exfoliant, I had used Cetaphil Cleanser and I think this is the reason why I broke out in the first place, I had only used the Cetaphil Moisturiser by itself until I read online that the cleanser would be good too.)Please give me advice on how to improve this or what products I could buy.
