Beauty Tips For Body Care
I go back and forth between drinking the amount of water my body needs (weight÷2=ounces of water) and I only drink room temperature water, never cold so that my body digests it better. To be honest, though, I have never really seen a drastic improvement in my skin like many people claim. Have any of you guys seen improvement from drinking lots of water and in what way? How much do you drink?Adding: I just read an ayurvedic article about how to drink water. It said:Drink a glass after you wake up, preferably hot water with lemondrink lukewarm water throughout the rest of the daynever guzzle big amounts of water at once, but sip throughout the day bc your body won't absorb most of itdon't drink heavy amounts of water before or after meal, just small sips - something about it breaking down enzymes in your stomachSo, I will try those tips, especially the sipping throughout the day, most of the time I try to drink a bottle of water in like 30 second, 5x a day!Still curious about your experiences and/or water drinking methods that give you good results!
