L’Oréal the company that owns the Skinceuticals brand, is suing Drunk Elephant alleging patent infringement. L'Oreal has a patent on it's Skinceuticals’ CE Ferulic, and is claiming the formula is the same as Drunk Elephant’s C-Firma serum. Both Vox and Jezebel are reporting on this case.
