Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hi all. So I'm out of shape. I've been in a happy relationship for almost 7 years (we're engaged) and am in the midst of my Masters degree. SO, needless to say, I have absolutely not been working out as much as I should have.I have been recently inspired to start swimming again (I swam a lot as a teenager) and have been concerned about what that means for my skin. How do I combat the effects of the chemicals on my skin? I am 24 years old and I have very fair, somewhat sensitive, combination skin. My routine is as follows:Morning:Splash face with waterMario Badescu Facial Spray with Rose Water and AloeTO Niancinamide and ZincTO Rose Hip OilPaula's Choice moisturizer + SPF 30Night:Wash with Cerave Moisturizing Facial CleanserMario Badescu Facial SprayRose hip oilCerave Moisturizing lotion (in pump bottle)(Once a week I use Paula's choice 2% BHA-- I used to use it every day but it completely dehydrated my skin. I'm working it back in now)I'm happy with my routine as is, but am eager to hear what you all have to say about the matterThank you!
