[Skin concerns] Is it possible a lot of skincare products give me CC’s because my skin is dehydrated?

I was wondering because every new product I seem to try gives me CC’s. My skin is dehydrated and pretty sensitive to acids (my own fault!)Should I just stick with a product even if it gives me cc’s to see what happens if I keep using it? Asking because i have so many half used products..
