I first tried to log in to my account to cancel my subscription about two weeks ago, and on both my laptop and phone, was unable to get anything else but a blank white screen. Every time i clicked on the "log in" icon, it would bring me to a blank page. Then, about a week ago, I get charged for my next payment. No biggie, ill email support (theres no customer service number, but that makes a lot sense to me now) and have them cancel my account and maybe refund me the money, maybe not. So i sent an email explaining the situation and telling them i want to cancel my subscription, and the next day, the money is back in my account and no email is sent in reply to what i said. Okay, no problem, i have my money back and thats all that matters. Then, today I check my statements, and they've charged me again. Its not even the same amount, it's about a $1.50 less than what i was charged a week earlier. I have no idea what is going on, but there is literally no way to get in contact with their support team because not only can I not log in to my account, but customer service won't even respond back to me. I've been using this product for two years, and i've gotta say, I hated my experience with curology. If youre thinking about it, please think twice
