[Skin Concerns] Used to have acne, my skin looks like this since a couple of years, what would you recommend me?

Greetings ScA-Community,I used to have acne until around 5 years ago, now I'm 22 and want to get rid of the scars (?) and the red-ish colouring.There seem to be some scars or Post-Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation, but I'm not sure. Hopefully my pictures are clear enough for you to identify.I basically haven't used any products since then, right now (started 2 weeks ago) I'm only using some moisturising creme, because my skin tends to be dry.Is there a chance to treat this by myself?Thank you and kind regards.Edit: Link to picture: https://imgur.com/a/dcPKzqP
