Beauty Tips For Body Care
I currently have terrible acne scars, redness, PIH. I tried using exfoliants but I went a little overboard and ended up damaging my moisture barrier. So now I’m on my way to deal with recovering the moisture barrier before I can get any ideas to fix the PIH.For the past week I’ve only pertained to cleanser and moisturizing only, but I always wake up with flaky skin and even worst inflammation. At first I thought it’s because my face need time to heal, so I just put on TO Niacinamide + Zinc to calm the redness down.But last night, my mind wandered a bit and I thought “maybe my moisturizer isn’t working enough because I don’t have any moisture to lock down”. So I pulled out my Muji Moisture Light Toning Water and applied it before I apply my nightly moisturizer.And lo behold I’m waking up with a soft and plump face. I feel so happy!! And now when I’m applying moisturizer in the morning before classes I can feel it working and actually keeping my face moisturized.I know it’s still a long way from actually recovering but I’m so happy right now for making actual progress!! I’m also open to any advice on what to do next for my poor skin!!TL;DR: Tried to fix my damaged hydrated skin for a week by slathering moisturizer on it but didn’t work. Last night applied some moisturizing toner and already seeing the difference!
