Beauty Tips For Body Care
So basically, I'm just making this post to try and help some people who may have been just as clueless as I was. I admit it, my acne was my own fault, but I had no idea. I thought all the products I was using was doing my face wonders as I sometimes seen that it "slightly improved". I thought I was just cursed, I seen my skin as just an oily mess... When in fact my skin is actually extremely sensitive. I didn't know this. When my acne showed up in my early teens, I started using basic skincare products like Neutrogena for example and I seen that they weren't doing anything for me (obviously). So I moved on, I kept trying different products. I never done tests or anything (very stupid of me.. but I'm glad I've grown from that). I used expensive products, I tried almost everything. I was in tears almost every single day over my skin. Until one day, I seen a post on the internet talking about leaving your skin alone and not using many products on it.. I thought it wasn't going to work for me, I thought my skin was going to get even worse without the products. To my surprise, my skin started to clear and my bank balance was beginning to look a little healthier. I still had some more adjustments to do, like replacing my makeup products with some oil free ones. But now I'm clear. I can actually go outside without makeup and feel confident.Just please listen to your skin. Don't rush into products like I did. It was a huge mistake but when I was a teenager, I just had no clue my skin was incredibly sensitive.
