[PRODUCT QUESTION] What do you do when you take off a hydrocolloid bandage and pus come with it?

If the title is hard to understand. I’m asking what should I do when I take off an acne patch and pus from the zit comes off with it. Leaving a hole of blood. Should I squeeze to get the rest out or should I leave it be and clean my skin? What is your experience with this issue (if it ever happened to you)?
