[Skin Concerns] I’m 23 and already have the appearance of fine lines around my eyes. Why is this and what can I do?

They are especially pronounced when wearing makeup, but you can see them even without it. I read somewhere that it could be due to dehydrated skin. If I correct this issue will it likely resolve?Are there other reasons for lines around the eyes at a young age, or is it simply just premature aging?Can anyone recommend products to me to help care for the skin around my eyes?Thanks in advance.
