I think when I see people say ‘lol I’m so broke’ it’s usually pretty subjective. So to the people (like me) who can’t afford to splurge or drop tons of money on treatments/products for whatever reason it may be. How do you get by and how do you manage to keep up a consistent routine?In my case, I’m a uni student with no job and basically depend on my mother for money so I can’t buy products whenever I want. I also live in a place where decent products are hard to come by and are generally expensive. For this very reason I only get products about 1-3 a year. Lol sad but it’s my life.I really want to meet a dermatologist, try new products, get a couple of facials, maybe even chemical peels but those are practically impossible at the moment.Edited for clarity, I’m in Nigeria and not even in Lagos which has a lot more stores to buy skincare. The exchange rate is horrible lol £1 = N450 ; $1 = N360. I never have more than N20,000 at a given time and it takes months for me to even save up to that :/ the ordinary products average at about N5000 per product and that’s ‘cheap’ so yeah .-.
