Beauty Tips For Body Care
I'm sure we all know that bacteria plays a huge part in acne. And I'm sure we all have heard those studies about fecal bacteria flying like 20 ft every time you flush your toilet.Well, one day, about 3 weeks ago, it just clicked for me. I've suffered from horrible infected cyst like acne my whole life. It got much worse when I moved to my new condo. I figured it was mostly due to my immune system, and I was SOL. The only thing that kept it under any sense of control was washing twice a day with benzol peroxide, daily moisturizing with a silicylc acid product, and using an exfoliating brush every other day.Then, about 3 weeks ago, it was like a light bulb went off in my head. I was already religious about changing out my face towels and bath towels every 3rd day, but I kept my clean towels on a shelf.... Above my toilet. My sink, where my exfoliating brush, and my current towel was kept was.... Right next to my toilet. (Small condo bathroom, no undersink space.) So I changed one simple thing that cost $0.The state of my skin 3 weeks ago (actual pic taken a year ago, before trying proactive), and my skin this morning. Turns out your skin improves really fast when you're not rubbing microscopic poo particles on it.https://imgur.com/gallery/XRZOtxsMaybe this is super common knowledge and you all think I'm disgusting. But hopefully I can help one person have that forehead-slap "a-duh" moment sooner than I did.
