[Acne] I use Foreos blue light therapy, would a cheaper/easier alternative have the same effect?

Hi!I’m currently using Foreo s Espada blue light therapy and I love it!! The only problem is that the beam is very concentrated and it takes forever to go through all of my spots every day. Would a blue light therapy mask (that covers the whole face) have the same results?
