[routine help] [acne] I’m breaking out badly. Is my new planned routine worthwhile?

Beauty Tips For Body Care
I’m struggling so much to keep my skin clear now that I’ve moved to a hot and humid country.I was on differin last year and my skin was sooooo nice, and I was also living in Europe where the weather was better for my skin type (oily-combo). In the summer, my skin would be oily on my T zone. Spring, same but less oily. Some days are normal. In autumn, it starts to get a little less oily and by winter I was always a little dry. But my acne was alright due to less oil in my skin and I moisturised well with Embryolisse or Avene. But now in this humid country, I’m struggling. I’ve recently purchased differin again in the hopes it could help me... but so far in a year being here, this is the situation:my pores are disgusting and so noticeablemy chin has never cleared up sincemy nose seems to be the area as well now that’s oily and that’s where I get so much HUGE pimples latelywhenever I get pimples, they go away but they leave a dark mark behind that won’t go away for monthsI am so oily, textured skin everywheremy forehead is ok but I tend to get CCs there which disappear in a few daysHere are photos so you’ll know what I mean: https://imgur.com/a/GvnyRbFHere’s my current routine:AM: - Cleanse with only water - Put on moisturiser E45 the one in the big tub (this is like a very general eczema-recommended type of cream with no fragrance etc, extremely basic) - tinted moisturiser w sunscreen - the rest of my makeupPM: - double cleanse with either banila co purity balm or ganier micellar water + either cosrx gel cleanser or physiogel face wash - sometimes tone with thayer’s rose water or not at all - Kiehl’s midnight recovery concentrate - e45 moisturiser - differin on chin, nose and cheeks - spot treat with benzoyl peroxide (I put it last at night so I don’t dry out my skin too much) ...on some nights I put benzoyl peroxide first and let it sit, then differin, before the serum + moisturisingI did some research and here’s the proposed routine I have planned in mind:AM: - just wash with water - hada labo premium lotion - melano cc vit c essence - hada labo Gokujyun hydrating milk - tinted sunscreenPM: - double cleanse with banila co/micellar water + hada labo foaming face wash - hada labo premium lotion - alternate cosrx AHA and BHA power liquid - Kiehl’s midnight recovery concentrate (idk if I should continue this but I like the glow it gives me in the morning although it doesn’t do anything else really :/ maybe I just won’t repurchase) - hada labo hydrating milk - differin (lastly to avoid irritating my skin further) - lastly benzoyl peroxide if needed on spotsIs my planned new routine good enough? I decided to stick to more moisturising ingredients (HA) and gentler products. E45 I’ve learned is an occlusive and that is probably keeping me more oily and more prone to breakouts. I thought if I switched to hada labo products it’ll be hydrating with HA but not oily enough to break me out.The AHA and BHA from COSRX could fix my pore and acne issues and melano cc could fade my scars.Thoughts?
