[Acne] How could moving to Wales from Switzerland improved the acne I’ve had for 10 years?

How did moving from Switzerland to Wales help with my acne?I moved from Switzerland to Wales for University in September. I have had acne for the past 10 years in Switzerland.My routine isn’t very regimented, I try to follow what follows, but am not very consistent.A very loose rundown would be: I will wash my face with Lubex morning and night. I don’t always moisturize (I use the the Ordinary’s moisturizer with JoJoba oil when I do) but apply La Roche-Posay 50+ Anti-Shine sunscreen daily. Bi-weekly application of Epiduo. Differin once a week. DUAC on the nights I’m not used any of the aforementioned actives. Every other week I try to use The Ordinary’s AHA and BHA chemical peel.None of these topicals have been changed for a long period, my frequency of use has.Had the weather changed my skin to allow for acne issues? I’d have images humidity would cause more issues rather than fewer. Would the food be having an effect?I look forward to any thoughts!
