Does anyone else get acne that is basically like an inflamed sebaceous filament? Like it's an inflamed pimple that will only go away if you remove the plug it has? If I don't remove it, skin will just grow over it and it will still be inflamed.I have to basically pick it raw and use tweezers and a needle to remove the little white plug that is basically attached to my skin really deep. It's so hard to remove.Anyone know what the heck they are and why they happen?
