Beauty Tips For Body Care
So, a year ago I started sleeping on my back for wrinkles. Before that I used to be a side-sleeper. Anyway, sleeping on my back went well for a long time until recently. I still frown, even when I'm flat on my back and it's really annoying me. When I'm laying flat, I seem to get sleep apnea and when I prop myself higher I get neck and back pain. Sleeping on my side also isn't comfortable anymore, cause my face gets squished. This has lead me to be very tired and irritable during the day.I see no solution and it's really frustrating. It makes me want to cry. I don't want a bunch of wrinkles, as I feel like I'm still pretty young, yet they seem to be popping up every time I sleep badly.I have changed everything: my diet, sunscreen, drinking water and have narrowed it down to sleep being the culprit. I only really frown at night and it makes me feel so anxious that I lose control of my body for 8 hours. This might seem obsessive, but it's really affecting my quality of life. Please don't downvote me, as I'm already feeling bad enough.I also use sleeping aids like towels and knee pillows, own a memory foam pillow and a good mattress that is still fairly new, so I'm just at loss. I have lost the ability to enjoy my day. I hope someone can give me some advice on what else to try.
